GEORGE A. ABODEELY
President and Founder

George A. Abodeely is the former Assistant Treasurer of a $600 million firm. He has over twenty-seven years of combined experience in credit and collections, finance, accounting, and treasury management. He began his consulting career as a turnaround management specialist, and he has performed successful engagements across a broad group of industries, including the legal industry; banking; food and beverage; professional service organizations; light and heavy manufacturing; apparel; health care; paper products; construction; oil and gas distribution; aviation; professional sports; and entertainment. His client engagements have included companies with annual revenues ranging from $10 million to $1 billion. His active clients are among the largest and most prestigious law firms, banks, and corporations in the United States.

Since 1990, George has spent much of his time working with some of the largest law firms in the State of California performing process diagnostic review and procedural development projects, and receivables resolution (outsourcing) projects. His firm was engaged to liquidate the receivables portfolios of several prominent law firms in dissolution, including Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP, Pettit & Martin, Jackson, Tufts, Cole & Black LLP, and Limbach & Limbach LLP. He has authored articles for the legal industry in the client/matter intake, billing, and collections management areas, has conducted seminars sponsored by the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), and has appeared as a guest speaker at numerous industry-wide seminars and corporate gatherings.

George received his BS degree in Accounting from West Virginia State College, and his MBA in Finance from the University of San Francisco. He is a member of the Association of Finance Professionals, and the American and California Collectors Associations.



ALAN E. RAMOS
Senior Associate

Alan E. Ramos has over thirty years of business experience covering wholesale distribution, manufacturing, retail management, and the service sector. Alan is the former President and CEO of the Board of Trade of San Francisco, and the former Executive Vice President of the Credit Managers Association of California.

His training and consulting specialties include: bankruptcy case analysis and management; business reorganization and crisis management; strategic planning; credit and collections management; and negotiation. His experience in the insolvency field includes: managing debtor businesses, both in Chapter 11 and in receivership; liquidating Chapter 7 debtor businesses; and bankruptcy and receivership case analysis. In addition, Alan has served as both secretary and consultant to numerous unsecured creditor's committees.

Alan is the founder and former Executive Director of the California Conservatory Theater. He has served on the faculty of Hastings College of the Law Litigation Advocacy Program. He has been a guest lecturer at John F. Kennedy University and the Santa Clara University MBA programs, and at the University of San Francisco and the University of California. Alan is also a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute (member of the Unsecured Creditors Committee) and is a past President of the Bay Area Bankruptcy Forum.

Alan earned his Juris Doctorate from John F. Kennedy University School of Law and is admitted to practice law in the State of California.



GAIL MITSUI
Senior Associate - Southern California Region

Gail Mitsui has practiced as a consultant since 1986, specializing in commercial credit management, collections and accounts receivable. Her clients are privately owned companies, major corporations, asset based lenders, law firms, trustees, crisis management firms and creditor's committees. Her engagements include: credit and accounts receivable policy and systems (SAP) development; receivable appraisals and liquidations; and acting as a disbursing agent in insolvency cases. She has represented clients on creditor's committees, acted as third-party overseer for a creditor's fund, and has testified in court as an expert witness.

Gail has 30 years of experience in credit and accounts receivable management and was the former Director of Credit and Accounts Receivable for a manufacturer and distributor in the food industry with annual sales in excess of $800 million. She was 1988-89 Chairman of the Board of Credit Managers Association of California (CMAC) and also served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Southern California Institute of Credit where she was active in the planning and development of its seminars and educational programs.

She has been a guest speaker and seminar leader at the Western Region Credit Conference of the National Association of Credit Management (NACM) and the Golden West Conference of the Credit and Financial Development Division of NACM.

Gail graduated Cum Laude from the University of Utah in 1970. In 1985, she received the Executive Award from the Graduate School of Credit and Financial Management at Stanford University. She is a Credit Business Fellow, and an active member of CMA Business Credit Services.
